Cobblestone Road Flowers offers DIY flower buckets and tailored services for your special day. I provide fresh, locally grown blooms to make your wedding or event unforgettable. Whether you want the creative freedom of arranging your own flowers or you want to hand the wedding morning set up work over to me, we have a package that fits your day perfectly.

Our Availability

Secure your date early
I highly recommend reaching out as early as possible to reserve your Wedding or event date. Because Cobblestone Road Flowers is a small boutique farm, my flower field produces a limited supply of unique blooms each week.

To ensure every couple gets the highest quality flowers, I generally focus on just one wedding or major event per week.

While I can sometimes accommodate extra bookings depending on my seasonal harvest, all of my styling services, vase hires, and DIY Flower Buckets are strictly subject to availability. If my crop is fully committed for a weekend, I may not be able to take on additional DIY orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Step 1: Choose your Flowers & Vases

Our Signature seasonal DIY Flower Buckets

Price: $130 per bucket

Use these to make your own Wedding Bouquets with your bridal party (or delegate this to a talented friend or family member!) and or arrange your own reception table flowers.

What you get: 50-55 stems of mixed freshly picked seasonal stems. These are growers' choice buckets but if you have any requests re colors etc. I can do my best to work to your wishes but please note exact varieties and colors may not be possible as I work with what I have in flower at the time of your Wedding or Event. 

If you’re looking to add beautiful blooms to your Wedding or event without the full-service price tag, my Flower Buckets are a perfect fit.

These are also a great option for girls' evenings, gatherings, community, small business, and corporate events to easily add some beautiful fresh flowers to your venue

 

Vase Hire Options

Combine our beautiful DIY flower buckets with our selection of vases. This option allows you to create your own arrangements with professional presentation.

Bud vases and medium table vases available

Bud vase trio $10 per set (Includes three delicate, matching small vases)  24sets available.

Medium ribbed vase $6 (Classic elegant, ribbed statement vase)   12 Vases available

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Choose Your Service Level

Option A: Flowers Only

Pick up your flower buckets at the arranged time/day directly from the flower farm. Buckets are included but we will happily take returns to re-use if you don't want them.

Option B: Flowers and Vases DIY

Cost: $0 (You just pay for your flowers and vase hire)

  • Pick up your flower buckets and hired vases directly from the flower farm.
  • You and your bridal party or helpers take care of the trimming, water-filling, and table styling at your venue. 
  • Clean and return the hired vases to our farm within three days after the wedding.

 

Option C: Delivery and Full On-Site Styling & Setup

Price: $300 (for styling up to 12 tables) (Flower buckets and vases charged separately)

  • Includes: Enjoy your wedding morning while I take care of the details. I expertly arrange your farm-fresh flowers into your hired vases at my workshop, safely transport them to your venue, and style them perfectly on your tables. I handle all water top-ups and green waste cleanup on-site, so your space is guest ready.
  • Please note: This service is for venue and table styling only; I do not personally design bridal bouquets or wedding party flowers. As mentioned in step one, you can always use my fresh DIY flower buckets to create your own wedding party bouquets! Alternatively, some couples hire a specialist wedding florist for their bouquets while using my beautiful flowers for their venue setup.
  • Vase Return: The couple is responsible for rinsing the hired vases and dropping them back to the farm within three days of the wedding.

The Lazy Sunday Pack-Down Upgrade (Add $150)

  • Includes: I will return to the venue the next morning to clear away the flowers and pack up the hired vases. You don't need to worry about doing anything.

Vase Hire Security Bond Policy

Please Note: A refundable $100 security bond applies to all vase hire bookings.

We love sharing our beautiful vase collection with you! To help us keep our inventory safe we require a temporary $100 bond on all hired items.

  • Getting your bond back: If you choose  our DIY Option, simply rinse the vases out, pack them safely back in their transport boxes, and return them to our flower farm within three days of your Wedding or event. Once we check them over and confirm all is returned safe your full $100 will be refunded straight back into your bank account!
  • Damages & Missing Items: We know accidents can happen on a busy Wedding night! If any hired vases are broken, chipped, missing or left unwashed at the venue, the cost to replace or clean the items will be deducted from your bond.
